I have had excellent support from them.

Very professional friendly with quick and easy access.

They also recovered data from and external hard drive and repaired a Powermac G5 for me. I found them to very competent and friendly to deal with. I am very happy to have found them and will use them in the future.

I obviously had not registered my Apple Care but they took care of it for me which lessened the stress I was experiencing. They also called me soon after and told me not to use my memory stick because they may be able to recover some of the deleted pictures. They did!

This is the first time (since the 1980s) that we've had to have an Apple product serviced! We were worried at first but the repairs went as planned and everything is 100% back to normal. Hooray again for Apple!

I was on a tight schedule for use of my laptop and the team at MacMan worked hard to fit me in despite the fact they had a number of machines needing repair. I was impressed and thankful.

I called to let the Provider know I needed the battery replaced and when I returned from a business trip a week later the replacement was on my desk.

I finally got it mounted this weekend (after nervously holding off), and couldn't be happier with all the information that was still available...especially the "Dawson and Porter" folder. All those files were so precious to me, and with your help, I have them back.
